Mir Saiful Alam Kazal is an addiction professional. He has been practicing in different areas of drug treatment and rehabilitation center from 2005 and has acquired professional training in many areas including transactional analysis, TOT, Counseling, Management Training, Facilitation skill, Dev. Voluntary Counseling and Testing, Case Management among others.

From 2004 to 2015, he acted as Senior Counselor & Coordinator in Dhaka Ahsania Mission Bangladesh, where he worked with psychiatric patients focusing on drug and substance dependence as well as other mental health illnesses using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other integrative approaches to achieve success in addiction treatment.

Mir Saiful Alam worked with multiple large NGOs. He has special knowledge in rehabilitation and has also been trained in the TC model (based on CBT) for substance addiction.
